The Connors Vanderbilt neighborhood is a waterfront community of North Naples, and is located West of US Highway 41 with homes primarily on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Some homes are directly on the white sand beaches of Naples, Florida while others are just a short stroll to the many nearby beaches. Other properties are on the bay and along navigable canals with boat docks.

The area has a limited number of streets with most streets have cul-de-sacs with residential lots of a variety of sizes. The Connors Vanderbilt area surround by nature is the perfect place for active families.

This area is bounded at the North by the award-winning Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and at the South by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Vanderbilt Drive.
